10 Essential Oil Recipes for Your Diffuser

One of my favorite ways to use essential oils is by diffusing.  There are many types of diffusers on the market today, I recommend a cold-air diffuser because anything that heats the oils will change the chemical properties therefore altering the benefits.  Just add the amount of essential oils you want into the water of your diffuser.  As always, you can adjust any of the ingredients to fit your goals.  You should not diffuse more than 20 drops in 100ml of water, in a well ventilated, and large area.  If your room is small, cut that number in half.  If your diffuser is smaller, adjust accordingly.  If you are pregnant, on  medications or have small children, please research your oils before use.  There are many that need to have special considerations.

  • 3 Drops Bergamot (Citrus bergamia)

  • 2 Drops Frankincense (Boswellia carterri)

  • 3 Drops Lime (Citrus latifolia)

  • 2 Drops Grapefruit (Citrus paradise)

5. Allergy Relief
